From your heart
to a private
digital storybook
You do not need to write the whole story yourself or prepare everything perfectly. Tell us who it is for, what you want it to feel like, and what moments matter most. We shape it into a polished interactive story you can send, share, or keep forever.
A simple process,
built around your story
Choose your package
Start by choosing the package that fits the size and vision of the story you want — from a short meaningful keepsake to a fuller memory experience.
Tell us what you want to create
Fill out a short form with the basic direction: who the story is for, what the occasion is, what memories or feelings should be included, and whether you have any special requests.
Choose the visual style
Pick the style that best fits the story — romantic, warm, nostalgic, family-focused, magical, emotional, memorial-like, or something else.
Complete payment
After your request is reviewed and accepted, we send you a PayPal invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order.
Send photos after payment
If you want to use real photos or provide them as a reference, we send you clear instructions after payment. If you do not have photos, that is okay too.
We create your story
We turn your notes, memories, photos, and chosen style into a complete interactive digital storybook with text, visuals, flow, and final presentation.
Receive your private link
Your finished Heartfolio is delivered as a private web link you can open on a phone, tablet, or computer and share with the person it was made for.
What we need
from you
You do not need to have everything perfectly prepared. The more useful detail you give us, the more personal the final story can feel.
- Who
Who the story is for and who it is from.
- Purpose
Birthday, anniversary, proposal, memorial, celebration, or preserving a meaningful story.
- Moments
Memories, milestones, inside jokes, places, emotions, or details that should be included.
- Tone
Romantic, funny, nostalgic, emotional, magical, soft, cinematic, playful, or elegant.
- Photos
Photos are helpful, but not required. If you have them, we collect them after payment.
- Descriptions
If you do not have photos, describe the people, pets, places, objects, or mood.
You do not need to write beautifully — a rough explanation is enough.
With or without
real photos
Real photos can make the story more personal, especially for romantic gifts, family stories, birthdays, and memorials. But they are not required.
If you do not have photos, we can create visuals based on your description. In that case, it helps to describe appearance, age, personality, important places, favorite colors, meaningful objects, or the overall mood.
“She had curly blonde hair as a child, loved blue raincoats, and always carried her chocolate brown teddy bear with a stitch on one hand.”
Small details like this help us create a more personal visual direction, even when no original photos are available.
What your finished
story includes
Your finished Heartfolio is a private interactive storybook created around your chosen package and style.
A private digital story link
Easy to open and share with the person it was made for.
A polished story experience
Text, visuals, pacing, and page flow shaped into one complete emotional story.
A selected visual style
The design follows the template or style you chose for the story.
Optional music direction
You can suggest a music mood, or leave it to us to choose the tone.
A final review if needed
For small adjustments, we can review what is realistic depending on the package and timeline.
How long
does it take?
Most stories require at least 3–5 business days after payment and after we receive the needed materials.
If you need it sooner, mention that in the form. We cannot guarantee every rush request, but we will let you know what is possible.
The timeline can depend on the package size, how much material you provide, and whether the story needs custom work.
You do not need
the perfect idea
Many customers only start with a rough feeling: “I want something romantic,” “I want to make my sister cry in a good way,” “I want to remember our dog,” or “I want a birthday story that feels magical.”
That is enough to begin. The form helps us understand the direction, and if something important is missing, we can ask follow-up questions.
Want the best
possible result?
Read our guide before filling out the form. It shows examples of what to include and how to describe your story, photos, mood, and important details.
